PURSUANT to regulation 3 (1) of the Potato Cyst Nematode Regulations 1974, notice is hereby given that the following lands are declared to be infected areas:

(a) The land on which potato cyst nematode has been found:

(ii) An area of 22.0578 hectares, or thereabouts, situated north-east of and adjoining Ryans Road, Christchurch; situated in Blocks IX and X of the Christchurch Survey District, being part of Lot 1 on plan deposited in the Lands Registry Office No. 1267, part of Rural Section 1304. Certificate of title 203/18 (Canterbury Registry).

PURSUANT to regulation 3 (1) of the Potato Cyst Nematode Regulations 1974, notice is hereby given that the following lands are declared to be infected areas:

(a) The land on which potato cyst nematode has been found:

(i) An area of 29 acres 3 roods 20.8 perches, more or less, situated north-west of and adjoining Burrows Road, Pukekohe, being Lot 3 and part of Lot 4, D.P. 13674, and being part Allotment 51, Parish of Pukekohe. Certificate of title 1604/63 (Auckland Registry).

This land was previously gazetted (b) (iv) on the 24th day of February 1978. Notice No. 1868.

This notice should be read together with notices No. 1868, dated 24 February 1978 and No. 2356, dated 12 May 1980.

Revocation of Appointment of the Bay of Plenty Free Kindergarten Association Incorporated and Appointment to Control and Manage a Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Acting Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby revokes the appointment of the Bay of Plenty Free Kindergarten Association Incorporated, as published in New Zealand Gazette, 23 December 1964, No. 80, page 2387, and appoints the South Auckland Free Kindergarten Association Incorporated to control and manage the reserve described in the Schedule hereto, subject to the provisions of the said Act, as a reserve for local purpose (site for a kindergarten).
