Notice Declaring Lands to be Infected Areas Under Potato Cyst Nematode Regulations 1974 (No. 2598, Ag. 61422)

PURSUANT to regulation 3 (1) of the Potato Cyst Nematode Regulations 1974, notice is hereby given that the following lands are declared to be infected areas:

(a) The land on which potato cyst nematode has been found:

(i) An area of 1.932 hectares, or thereabouts, situated west of and adjoining Avoca Valley Road, Christchurch, situated in Block XVI of the Christchurch Survey District, being Lot 1 on Deposit Plan No. 15477, and part of Lot 7 on Deposit Plan No. 5319, part of Rural Sections 1012, 10520, 12479, 12715 and 36859. Certificate of title 5C/293 (Canterbury Registry).

PURSUANT to regulation 3 (1) of the Potato Cyst Nematode Regulations 1974, notice is hereby given that the following lands are declared to be infected areas:

(a) The land on which potato cyst nematode has been found:

(i) An area of 10 acres 1 rood 1.6 perches, more or less, situated south-east of and adjoining Jellicoe Road, being Part 1 of Lot 1, D.P. 221, and being part of Allotment 278, Suburban Section 2, Parish of Pukekohe. Certificate of title 3C/912 (North Auckland Registry).

This land was previously gazetted in Notice No. 2357, dated 12 May 1980. New Zealand Gazette, page 1500.

(b) Other land within a radius of 80 kilometres of the land described in paragraph (a) above being:

(i) An area of 51 acres 1 rood and 18 perches, more or less, situated north of and adjoining the intersection of Patumahoe Road and Gun Club Road, Pukekohe, being part of Allotment 3 and part Allotment 38, Suburban Section 3, Parish of Pukekohe. Certificate of title 980/81 (Auckland Registry).

(ii) An area of 1 acre, more or less, situated north-west of and adjoining Gun Club Road, Pukekohe, being Lot 1, D.P. 67612, and Lot 1, D.P. 76222, and Lot 1, D.P. 60337, and being part Allotments 246, 247, 248 and 249, of Suburban Section 2, Parish of Pukekohe. (iii) An area of 7.1759 hectares, more or less, situated north of and adjoining the intersection of Hart Road and Corbett Road, Pukekohe, being Lot 1, D.P. 67612, and Lot 1, D.P. 76222, and Lot 1, D.P. 60337, and being part Allotments 246, 247, 248 and 249, of Suburban Section 2, Parish of Pukekohe. (i) An area of 4.1480 hectares, or thereabouts, situated north of and adjoining Harewood Road and east of and adjoining Watsons Road in Block VI of the Christchurch Survey District, being Lot 3 on D.P. 4313, part of Rural Section 1117. Certificate of title 297/283 (Canterbury Registry).

This area was previously declared as (b) (iii) in notice No. 1924.

This notice should be read together with notices No. 1924, dated 7 April 1978, and No. 2128, dated 7 May 1979.

PURSUANT to regulation 3 (1) of the Potato Cyst Nematode Regulations 1974, notice is hereby given that the following lands are declared to be infected areas:

(a) The land on which potato cyst nematode has been found:

(i) An area of .8462 hectares, or thereabouts, situated east of and adjoining Marshland Road in Block VII of the Christchurch Survey District, being Lot 1 on D.P. 15265, part of Rural Sections 1351. Certificate of title 534/143 (Canterbury Registry).

(ii) An area of 8.1326 hectares, or thereabouts, situated east of and adjoining Marshland Road in Block VII of the Christchurch Survey District, being part of Lot 1 on D.P. 7380, part of Rural Section 1351. Certificate of title 623/59 (Canterbury Registry).

This area was previously declared as (b) (ii) and (iii) in notice No. 1920.

This notice should be read together with notice No. 1920, dated 7 April 1978.

PURSUANT to regulation 3 (1) of the Potato Cyst Nematode Regulations 1974, notice is hereby given that the following lands are declared to be infected areas:

(i) An area of 4.2605 hectares, or thereabouts, situated west of and adjoining Marshland Road, Christchurch, in Block VII of the Christchurch Survey District, comprising parts of Rural Sections 7670 and 7670X, and being Lot 1 on plan deposited in the Land Registry Office as No. 3332, certificate of title 283/295 (Canterbury Registry).

This land was previously declared as (b) (i) in notice No. 2085.
