Classification of Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Acting Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby declares the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, to be classified as a reserve for local purpose (site for a kindergarten), subject to the provisions of the said Act.

All certificates of title 24C/1449 to 1451, 24C/1453 to 1456, 24C/1490 to 1495 and 25A/1353, subject to a right of way created by Transfer 119924.3 and a drainage easement created by Transfer 210403.5.

This notice is issued in substitution for the notice dated 14 October 1980, No. 17, p. 344, and that notice is hereby cancelled.

Declaration That Land is a Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby notifies that the following resolution was passed by the Dannevirke Borough Council on the 30th day of March 1981: “That in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, the Dannevirke Borough Council hereby resolves that the piece of land held by the borough in fee-simple and, described in the Schedule hereto, shall be, and the same is hereby, declared to be a local purpose reserve (esplanade) within the meaning of the said Act.”

Reservation of Land and Vesting in the Otorohanga District Council
