National Roads Board—Notice Partially Revoking Declaration of State Highway to be a Limited Access Road

REFERRING to State Highway No. 2, Rangitaiki River to junction with State Highway No. 30, as more particularly shown on sheets 1 to 2 of plan L.A. 25/40/1, and accompanying Schedule held in the office of the Resident Engineer, Ministry of Works and Development, Rotorua, and there available for public inspection, it is notified that the National Roads Board by resolution dated 20 May 1981 and pursuant to subsection 5 of section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1963, hereby revokes its resolution dated 25 February 1980* made pursuant to the said section 4 insofar as it affects that part of the limited access road declaration from the western boundary of Lot 7, D.P. 13396, and extending eastwards for 400 metres across the frontages of the said Lot 7, Lot 8 and Lot 4 of D.P. 13396 (certificate of title 7D/1204).

REFERRING to State Highway No. 57A, Forest Hill Road to Kairanga County Boundary, as more particularly shown on sheets 1 to 2 of plan M.O.W. 35871 and accompanying Schedule held in the office of the Resident Engineer, Ministry of Works and Development, Palmerston North, and there available for public inspection, it is notified that the National Roads Board by resolution dated 20 May 1981 and pursuant to subsection 5 of section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1963, hereby revokes its resolution, dated 7 March 1974* made pursuant to the said section 4 insofar as it affects that part of the limited access road declaration for half its width on the northern side across the whole frontage of Lot 7, D.P. 4945 (certificate of title 516/106).

PURSUANT to regulation 3 (1) of the Potato Cyst Nematode Regulations 1974, notice is hereby given that the following lands are declared to be infected areas:

(a) The land on which potato cyst nematode has been found:

(i) An area of 9.0929 hectares, more or less, situated north, north-west of and adjoining Mill Road, Pukekohe, being part of Lot 2, D.P. 79559, part of Allotment 26, Parish of Pukekohe, certificate of title 36B/841 (Auckland Registry).

PURSUANT to regulation 3 (1) of the Potato Cyst Nematode Regulations 1974, notice is hereby given that the following lands are declared to be infected areas:

(a) The land on which potato cyst nematode has been found:

(i) An area of 25 acres 34.6 perches, more or less, situated south of and adjoining the junction of Heights Road (Helvetia Road) and Bcatry Road, Pukekohe, being part of Allotments 129, 142 and 152, Suburban Section 2, Parish of Pukekohe, certificate of title 1035/58 (Auckland Registry).

This land was previously gazetted (b) (ii) on the 24th day of February 1978. Notice No. 1871.

PURSUANT to regulation 3 (1) of the Potato Cyst Nematode Regulations 1974, notice is hereby given that the following lands are declared to be infected areas:

(a) The land on which potato cyst nematode has been found:

(i) An area of 15 acres 2 roods 4.4 perches, more or less, situated west of and adjoining the junction of Hoddinotti Road (Foy Road), and Blakes Road, Pukekohe, being Lots 2, 3 and 4, D.P. 23377, and portion of Allotments 205 and 206 of Section 2 of the Parish of Pukekohe, certificate of title 624/253 (Auckland Registry).

This land was previously gazetted (b) (i) on the 25th day of March 1976. Notice No. 1401.
