National Roads Board—Declaring State Highway to be a Limited Access Road

It is notified that the National Roads Board, by resolution dated 20 May 1981 and pursuant to section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1963, hereby declares that part of State Highway No. 6 (Blenheim to Invercargill via Greymouth) from the southern boundary of the Borough of Hokitika to the Hokitika River bank at Kaniere as more particularly shown on sheets 1 to 5 of plan LA 62/49/1 and accompanying Schedule held in the office of the Resident Engineer, Ministry of Works and Development, Greymouth, and there available for public inspection, to be a limited access road.

National Roads Board—Declaring State Highway to be a Limited Access Road

It is notified that the National Roads Board, by resolution dated 20 May 1981 and pursuant to section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1963, hereby declares that part of State Highway No. 60, Motueka to Hop Research Station section, for half its width on the western side from the junction point of the southern boundary of part Section 28, Motueka District (C.T. 4D/265) with the state highway and extending northwards for 60 metres, as more particularly shown on sheets 1 to 18 of plan LA 54/58/10 and accompanying Schedule held in the office of the Resident Engineer, Ministry of Works and Development, Nelson, and there available for public inspection, to be a limited access road.

National Roads Board—Notice Partially Revoking Declaration of State Highway to be a Limited Access Road

REFERRING to State Highway No. 18, Rangitopuni Bridge to junction with State Highway No. 1 as more particularly shown on sheets 1 to 3 of plan LA 10/67/2 and accompanying Schedule held in the office of the Resident Engineer, Auckland North, and there available for public inspection, it is notified that the National Roads Board by resolution dated 20 May 1981 and pursuant to subsection 5 of section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1963, hereby revokes its resolution dated 9 December 1977* made pursuant to the said section 4 insofar as it affects that part of the limited access road declaration for half its width on the western side across the whole frontage of part Lot 8, D.P. 26650 (C.T. 14D/621).

(near Rivermouth Road) to the rail overbridge, Palmerston, as more particularly shown on sheet 1 of plan LA 70/7/55 and accompanying Schedule held in the office of the Resident Engineer, Ministry of Works and Development, Dunedin, and there available for public inspection, to be a limited access road.

National Roads Board—Notice Partially Revoking Declaration of State Highway to be a Limited Access Road

REFERRING to State Highway No. 45, New Plymouth to Oakura, as more particularly shown on sheets 1 to 4 of plan M.O.W. 15025 and accompanying Schedule held in the office of the Resident Engineer, Ministry of Works and Development, New Plymouth, and there available for public inspection, it is notified that the National Roads Board by resolution dated 20 May 1981 and pursuant to subsection 5 of section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1963, hereby revokes its resolution dated 17 February 1969* made pursuant to the said section 4 insofar as it affects those parts of the limited access road declaration for half its width on the northern side, commencing:

(a) at the western boundary of Lot 1, D.P. 8012 and extending westward for 20 metres;

(b) at the eastern boundary of Lot 1, D.P. 8012 and extending eastward for 20 metres

across the frontage of part Sections 18 and 148, Omata District (C.T. 220/42).

REFERRING to State Highway No. 1, Ross Road to Wellsford, as more particularly shown on sheets 1 to 4 of plan L.A. 10/19/1, and accompanying Schedule held in the office of the Resident Engineer, Ministry of Works and Development, Auckland North, and there available for public inspection, it is notified that the National Roads Board by resolution dated 20 May 1981 and pursuant to subsection 5 of section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1963, hereby revokes its resolution dated 20 March 1978* made pursuant to the said section 4 insofar as it affects that part of the limited access road declaration for half its width on the western side commencing at the point of junction of the southern boundary of part Lot 1, D.P. 38696 (certificate of title 1083/286), with the State Highway and extending southwards for 400 metres across the frontage of part Lot 2, D.P. 38696 (certificate of title 1056/51).

REFERRING to State Highway No. 1, Ashburton to Hinds Section, as more particularly shown on sheets 1 to 3 of plan L.A. 64/27/1, and accompanying Schedule held in the office of the Resident Engineer, Ministry of Works and Development, Timaru, and there available for public inspection, it is notified that the National Roads Board by resolution dated 20 May 1981 and pursuant to subsection 5 of section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1963, hereby revokes its resolution dated 21 December 1979* made pursuant to the said section 4 insofar as it affects that part of the limited access road declaration for half its width on the south-eastern side commencing at the point of junction of the south-western boundary of RS20671 (certificate of title 342/66) with the highway and extending 20 metres across the frontage of the said land.
