Leasehold Estate in Land Taken for the Purposes of a Road in Westland County

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the leasehold estate in the land described in the Schedule hereto, held from Her Majesty the Queen by Rodney James Buchanan of Greymouth, apiarist, and under and by virtue of lease in perpetuity No. 112, recorded in Volume 1C, folio 1172, Westland Land Registry, is hereby taken for the purposes of a road from and after the 7th day of May 1981.
