Land Proclaimed as Road, Road Closed and Vested and Land Taken and Vested in Block XI, Mikimiki Survey District, Masterton County

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works and Development hereby proclaims as road, the land described in the First Schedule hereto and also hereby proclaims that the road described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby closed and shall when so closed vest in Sarcich Holdings Limited, a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Wellington Land Registry, and also hereby takes the land described in the Third Schedule hereto for the purposes of subsection (6) of the said section 29 and declares that the said land when so taken shall vest in Sarcich Holdings Limited, a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Wellington.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby:

(a) Declares the road described in the Schedule hereto to be a Government road; and

(b) Stops the said road;

and further, pursuant to section 35 of the Public Works Act 1928, declares the stopped Government road to be Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948, as from the 7th day of May 1981.
