Land Proclaimed as Road and Road Closed and Vested in Block VIII, Katikati Survey District, Tauranga County

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works and Development hereby proclaims as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto, which land shall vest in the Tauranga County Council, and also hereby proclaims that the road, described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby closed and shall, when so closed, vest as to the areas of 45 square metres, and 596 square metres thereof, in Colin John Cooper of Katikati, farmer, subject to memoranda of mortgage S. 318181, H. 039716.1, H. 079742, South Auckland Land Registry; as to the areas 146 square metres, and 881 square metres thereof, in Barry James Ward of Katikati, bank officer, and Rosena Amelia Ward, his wife, as tenants in common in equal shares.

Amending a Declaration Declaring Land to be Taken for the Purposes of a Road in the City of Upper Hutt

PURSUANT to section 330A of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the Declaration, dated the 22nd day of September 1980, and published in the Gazette, 2 October 1980, No. 113, at page 2909, declaring land to be taken for the purposes of a road in the City of Upper Hutt, by omitting the words “from and after the 2nd day of October 1980”, and substituting the words “and shall vest in the Upper Hutt City Council, from and after the 2nd day of October 1980”.
