Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve Specifying the Manner of Disposal and How Proceeds of Sale Shall be Utilised

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby revokes the reservation as a reserve for local purpose (borough depot), over the land, described in the Schedule hereto, and further declares that the said land may be disposed of by the Cambridge Borough Council in such manner, at such price, and on such terms and conditions as the Council shall determine, the proceeds from any such sale to be paid into the general funds of the Council.

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT—CAMBRIDGE BOROUGH
4047 square metres, more or less, being Allotment 571, Town of Cambridge East, situated in Block IX, Cambridge Survey District. All New Zealand Gazette, 1978, page 2989. S.O. Plan 1387c.

Notice of Intent to Vary Hours of Sale of Liquor at Licensed Premises—Ashburton Licensing Trust

PURSUANT to section 34B of the Sale of Liquor Act 1962, as amended by section 14 of the Sale of Liquor Amendment Act 1976, I, John Fraser Robertson, Secretary for Justice, hereby give notice that the Ashburton Licensing Trust, on 24 March 1981, made an order authorising variations of the usual hours of trading for the licensed premises known as the Mount Somers Tavern.

To the intent that on days other than those on which licensed premises are required to be closed for the sale of liquor to the general public, the hours for the opening and closing of the said premises shall be as follows:

On every Saturday—Opening at 11 o’clock in the morning and closing at 11 o’clock in the evening.

PURSUANT to section 221A of the Sale of Liquor Act 1962, as amended by section 22 (14) of the Sale of Liquor Amendment Act 1976, I, John Fraser Robertson, Secretary for Justice, hereby give notice that the Hawke’s Bay Licensing Committee, on 9 April 1981, made an order authorising variations of the usual hours of trading for the licensed premises known as the D.B. Heretaunga, Hastings.

To the intent that on days other than those on which licensed premises are required to be closed for the sale of liquor to the general public, the hours for the opening and closing of the said premises shall be as follows:

On every Friday, Saturday (not being New Year’s Eve) and Christmas Eve—Opening at 11 o’clock in the morning and closing at 10 o’clock in the evening.

PURSUANT to section 221A of the Sale of Liquor Act 1962, as amended by section 22 (14) of the Sale of Liquor Amendment Act 1976, I, John Fraser Robertson, Secretary for Justice, hereby give notice that the Manawatu Licensing Committee, on 3 April 1981, made an order authorising variations of the usual hours of trading for the licensed premises known as the Halcombe Tavern, Halcombe.

To the intent that on days other than those on which licensed premises are required to be closed for the sale of liquor to the general public, the hours for the opening and closing of the said premises shall be as follows:

(a) On any Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday—Opening at 11 o’clock in the morning and closing at 10 o’clock in the evening.

(b) On Fridays and Saturdays (not being New Year’s Eve)—Opening at 11 o’clock in the morning and closing at 11 o’clock in the evening.

Notice of Approval of Bylaws

I, Alexander King Ewing, Controller, Marine Administration, pursuant to section 8A of the Harbours Act 1950, and in exercise of powers delegated to me pursuant to sections 8 and 9 of the Ministry of Transport Act 1968, hereby approve the Wanganui County Council Water Control Bylaws 1981, made by the Wanganui County Council by special order at a meeting of the said Council held on Friday, 13 March 1981, and confirmed on Friday, 13 March 1981.
