PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Director-General of Lands hereby appoints the Nelson City Council to control and manage the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, as a recreation reserve.

Declaration that Land is a Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby notifies that the following resolution was passed by the Cambridge Borough Council on the 28th day of January 1981:

“That, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, the Cambridge Borough Council resolves that the piece of land held by the said Borough in fee simple and, described in the Schedule hereto, shall be, and the same is hereby, declared to be a reserve for recreation purposes within the meaning of the said Act.”
