Declaration that Land is a Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby notifies that the following resolution was passed by the Nelson City Council on the 26th day of August 1980:

“That in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, the Nelson City Council hereby resolves that the piece of land held by the said city in fee simple and described in the Schedule hereto, shall be, and the same is hereby declared to be, a recreation reserve within the meaning of the said Act.”

Transfer of Unformed Legal Road in Block X, Waipukurau Survey District, Waipawa District

PURSUANT to section 323 of the Local Government Act 1974, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Commissioner of Crown Lands for the Hawke’s Bay Land District hereby declares that the land, described in the Schedule hereto, has been transferred to the Crown by the Waipawa District Council, pursuant to the said section 323 and as from the date of this notice the said land shall be deemed to be Crown Land, subject to the Land Act 1948.
