PURSUANT to section 330A of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the notice dated the 30th day of September 1980, and published in Gazette, 9 October 1980, No. 118, at page 2995; proclaiming land as road and road closed in Block I, Belmont Survey District, in the City of Porirua, by omitting the Third Schedule thereto and substituting the following Schedule.
