Pursuant to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928 and section 35 of the Finance Act (No. 2) 1945, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for housing, and shall vest in the Auckland City Council, from and after the 23rd day of April 1981.
