Land Proclaimed as Road and Road Closed and Vested in Blocks VI and VII, Mangamuka Survey District, Hokianga County

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works and Development hereby proclaims as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto, which land shall vest in the Hokianga County Council, and also proclaims that the road firstly described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby closed and shall, when so closed, vest in Jack Andrew Lees of Umawera, winemaker, and that the road secondly and thirdly described in the said Second Schedule is hereby closed and shall, when so closed, vest in George Raymond Woods of Umawera, farmer.
