Amending a Declaration Declaring Land Held for State Housing Purposes Set Apart for the Purposes of the Maori Housing Act 1935, in the City of Porirua

PURSUANT to section 330A of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the declaration dated the 11th day of September 1980, and published in Gazette, 18 September 1980, No. 110, at page 2764; declaring land held for State housing purposes set apart for the purposes of the Maori Housing Act 1935, in the City of Porirua, by omitting the Schedule thereto and substituting the following Schedule.
