This section is hereby revoked and the following new section substituted therefor:

  1. Fresh Fruit, Fresh Vegetables, Fresh Mushrooms, and Nuts

  2. Fresh fruit, fresh vegetables, fresh mushrooms, and nuts grown and packed in New Zealand (including the Cook Islands or Niue) in consignments not exceeding 250 kg in weight will be charged as follows:

The foregoing rates are at “limited carrier’s risk” and will be reduced by 2 percent where consignors require that the consignment be carried at “owner’s risk”.

  1. Fresh fruit, fresh vegetables, fresh mushrooms, and nuts grown and packed in New Zealand (including the Cook Islands and Niue) in consignments exceeding 250 kg in weight will be charged as follows, minimum charges as per paragraph 1 hereof:

  1. Fresh fruit, fresh vegetables, fresh mushrooms, and nuts grown and packed in New Zealand (including Cook Islands or Niue) forwarded for domestic use of the consignee will be conveyed only under the provisions of section 56.
