For each additional 25 km or part thereof over 1038 km $11.24 will be added.

The foregoing rates are at “limited carriers risk” and will be reduced by 2 percent where consignors require that the consignment be carried at “owner’s risk”.

This Section is hereby revoked and the following new section substituted:

  1. Class W

  2. Minimum loads of goods chargeable at Class W will be as follows:

Dense-packed bales of wool Goods in Class W.N.O.S. Each La Wagon Tonnes 6 Each Four Wheeled Wagon N.O.S. Tonnes 8 Each Bogie Wagon Tonnes 16
  1. Minimum charge—Except where otherwise specified any less quantity than the minimum prescribed will be charged at such minimum or on actual weight at Class D whichever is cheaper.

  2. Handling—The Department may require all loading or unloading to be performed by owners. Where loading or unloading is performed by the Department the charges as prescribed in section 122 will apply.

  3. Tallying—The Department will not undertake to tally goods consigned under the provisions of this section.

  4. Covering—If covering of dense-packed bales of wool, conveyed under the provisions of this section, is performed by the department, a labour charge of $5.22 per tarpaulin will be made.
