Paragraph 4. Small Lots.—Omit this paragraph and substitute:
- Small Lots—Cattle, calves, sheep, pigs, horses (including ponies and foals), or goats carried loose in small lots will be charged at the wagon-load rate, or if cheaper (provided the consignee does not require the exclusive use of a wagon) at the following rates:
