PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby:

(b) Stops the said road;

and further, pursuant to section 35 of the Public Works Act 1928, declares the stopped Government road to be Crown land, subject to the Land Act 1948, as from the 15th day of April 1981.
