Land Proclaimed as Road and Road Closed and Vested in Block XII, Ngaruroro Survey District, Hawke’s Bay County

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works and Development hereby proclaims as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto, which land shall vest in the Hawke’s Bay County Council, and hereby proclaims that the road described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby closed and that the road firstly and secondly described in the said Second Schedule shall, when so closed, vest in Big Hill Station Limited at Hastings, subject to memoranda of mortgage 191437, 204734, and 365906.1, Hawke’s Bay Land Registry, and that the road thirdly described in the said Second Schedule shall, when so closed, vest in Te Whana Station Limited, a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Napier.
