PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works and Development hereby proclaims as closed the road described in the Schedule hereto, and further proclaims that the said road shall, when so closed, vest in Gerald Patrick Nesdale, of Kimbolton, farmer, subject to memorandum of mortgage No. 668655, statutory land charge No. 812892, and to memoranda of mortgage Nos. 866566, 116533.2, 249553.1, 267537.7, and 267537.8.
