PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works and Development hereby proclaims as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto, and hereby proclaims that the road described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby closed and declares that the road in the said Second Schedule, shall when so closed, vest in Urydale Farms Limited, subject to mortgages No. 405532, 405533, 452762, 493610 and 504128.
