sanitary works over the land described in the Second Schedule
hereto, and shall vest in the Thames-Coromandel District
Council, from and after the date hereinafter mentioned; and
I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and
after the 10th day of December 1981.

FIRST SCHEDULE
SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

THE full, free, uninterrupted, and unrestricted right, liberty,
privilege, and licence in perpetuity for the Thames-Coroman-
del District Council (hereinafter called “the council”) its
agents, servants, workmen, employees, contractors and any
other person lawfully entitled thereto from time to time
and at all times to drain, discharge, or convey sewage and
other waste material and fluid in any quantities along the
land described in the Second Schedule hereto and for such
purpose to lay, construct, place, remove, reconstruct, cleanse,
repair, and maintain a line of pipes of a sufficient diameter
and of a suitable material for the purpose under the surface
of the said land described in the Second Schedule hereto and
along the line defined on Survey Office Plan 50565 marked
“A” and in order to construct or maintain the efficiency of
any such pipeline the full, free, uninterrupted, and unrestricted
right, liberty, and privilege for the council, its agents, servants,
workmen, employees, contractors, and any other person law-
fully entitled thereto with tools, implements, machinery,
vehicles, or equipment of whatever nature necessary for the
purpose to enter upon the land described in the Third
Schedule hereto and to remain there for any reasonable time
for the purpose of laying, inspecting, cleansing, repairing,
maintaining, and renewing the said pipeline or any part there-
of and of opening up the soil of the land described in the
Second and Third Schedules hereto and to make any cuttings,
filling, grades, batters, or trenches and to re-open any such
trenches as may be necessary and reasonable subject to the
condition that as little disturbance as possible is caused to
the surface of the lands described in the Second and Third
Schedules hereto and that the surface is restored as nearly
as possible to its original condition and any other damage
done by reason of the aforesaid operations is repaired.

SECOND SCHEDULE
SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 67 square metres, situated
in Block VII, Thames Survey District, being part Parehuia
No. 4 Roadway; as shown on Plan S.O. 50565, lodged in the
office of the Chief Surveyor at Hamilton, and thereon marked
“A”.

THIRD SCHEDULE
SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

PART Maramarahi Block shown as roadway on Plan S.O.
50565.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand this

Whangaroa County, to be Road

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 421 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, I,
The Honourable Sir David Stuart Beattie, the Governor-
General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land described
in the Schedule hereto and comprised in a roadway laid out
by the Maori Land Court by an order dated the 21st day
of December 1978, to be road, and to be vested in the
Whangaroa County Council.

Survey District and Block XIII, Whakarara Survey District,

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, The Honourable
Sir David Stuart Beattie, the Governor-General of New
Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described
in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for recreation and
community development purposes and shall vest in the Eyre
County Council as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and
I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and
after the 10th day of December 1981.

SCHEDULE
CANTERBURY LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 1948 square metres, situated
in Block XI, Mairaki Survey District; being part rural Section
12574. All certificate of title 216/253.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this
19th day of November 1981.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, the Honourable
Sir David Stuart Beattie, the Governor-General of New
Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described
in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road and shall
vest in the Waitemata City Council as from the date herein-
after mentioned; and I also declare that this proclamation
shall take effect on and after the 10th day of December 1981.

SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 594 square metres, situated
in the City of Waitemata, and being part Allotment N.E. 42,
Karangahape Parish; as shown on plan S.O. 53875, lodged in
the office of the Chief Surveyor at Auckland, and thereon
marked “B”.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this
26th day of November 1981.
