Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby set apart the State forest land described in the Schedule hereto, as State forest park which shall hereby form part of the Ruahine State Forest Park.

8631 square metres, more or less, firstly, being Section 17, Block II, Wakarara Survey District, S.O. Plan 7111 (3012 square metres, more or less).

Secondly, being Section 18, Block II, Wakarara Survey District, S.O. Plan 7112 (5619 square metres), as shown on plans U21/1, 2, deposited in the Head Office of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 63B (1) of the Forests Act 1949 (as substituted by section 19 of the Forests Amendment Act 1976), I, The Honourable Sir David Stuart Beattie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby set apart the State forest land described in the Schedule hereto as State forest park which shall hereby form part of the Ruahine State Forest Park.

HAWKE’S BAY LAND DISTRICT—WAIPAWA DISTRICT
143.3598 hectares, more or less, being Section 6, Block V, Makaretu Survey District, S.O. Plan 3232, as shown on plan U22/5 deposited in the Head Office of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington.

Declaring Land in Otago Land District, Vested in the Otago Education Board as a Site for a Public School, to be Vested in Her Majesty the Queen

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to subsection (6) of section 5 of the Education Lands Act 1949, I, The Honourable Sir David Stuart Beattie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, being an area vested in the Otago Education Board as a site for a public school, shall be vested in Her Majesty the Queen, freed and discharged from every educational trust affecting the same, but subject to all leases, encumbrances, liens, or easements affecting the same at the date hereof.

Defining the Middle Line of Portions of the Timaru-Milton State Highway in the County of Vincent

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, The Honourable Sir David Stuart Beattie, hereby proclaim and declare that the middle line of portions of road desired to be constructed in the County of Vincent, viz, a relocation of the Timaru-Milton State highway shall be that defined and set forth in the Schedule hereto; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall affect only the land situated within the limits of the areas shown shaded on plan S.O. 19893 referred to in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE

OTAGO LAND DISTRICT

COMMENCING at a point on the centreline of State Highway No. 8, 300 metres north of the intersection of the northern side of Loop Road in Block II, Wakefield Survey District and proceeding in a generally south-westerly direction for a distance of 10 600 metres approximately to a point 14.75 metres on a bearing of 79° 13′ from I.S. VII on S.O. plan 16592 passing through or over the following lands viz: Legal Road (SH No. 8), Crown Land, Run 238L (CL 386/117), Run 238M (CL 386/125), Section 50 (Crown Land) part Section 54 (CT 7B/542), Section 60 (CT 4B/750), Section 59 (CT 3D/676), part Section 64 (CT 7B/542) part Section 64 (GN 346928), part Section 37 and 53 (GN 534995), all situated in Blocks II, IV, and VIII, Wakefield Survey District, Vincent County as the same is delineated on a plan numbered S.O. 19893 lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Dunedin.
