In the notice with the above heading published in the New Zealand Gazette, 26 November 1981, No. 141, page 3565, for the area of 177 square metres given for the piece of road thirdly described read 1774 square metres, which figure appears in the original notice signed by the Minister of Works and Development.


CORRIGENDUM

National Roads Board: Notice Declaring State Highway to be a Limited Access Road

In the notice with the above heading published in the New Zealand Gazette, 25 June 1981, No. 75, page 1757 referring to State Highway No. 3, New Plymouth to Inglewood section for “across the frontages of part Sections 42 and 48, Puketara Maori Reserve No. 3 (part C.T. A3/513)” read “across the frontages of part Sections 42 and 48, Puketara Maori Reserve No. 3 (C.T. F2/872).

State Forest Land Set Apart as State Forest Park for Addition to Coromandel State Forest Park

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 63B (1) of the Forests Act 1949 (as substituted by section 19 of the Forests Amendment Act 1976), I, The Honourable Sir David Stuart Beattie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby set apart the State forest land described in the Schedule hereto as State forest park which shall hereby form part of the Coromandel State Forest Park.

SCHEDULE

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT—
THAMES-COROMANDEL DISTRICT

97.0300 hectares, more or less, being part Tairua Block, situated in Block II, Tairua Survey District. Part New Zealand Gazette, 1935, page 2735. S.O. Plan 48820.

99.3000 hectares, more or less, being part Tairua Block, situated in Blocks II and VI, Tairua Survey District. Part New Zealand Gazette, 1935, page 2735. S.O. Plan 48821, as shown on plans T12/9, 10, deposited in the Head Office of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General and issued under the Seal of New Zealand this 30th day of November 1981.
