HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to section 4 of the Disabled Persons Employment Promotion Act 1960, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting on the recommendation of the Minister of Labour made after consultation with the unions, associations, and organisations referred to in section 5 of that Act, and by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order.
ORDER

Title—This order may be cited as the New Zealand Society for the Intellectually Handicapped (Incorporated), Westland Branch Order 1981.

Exemption—The New Zealand Society for the Intellectually Handicapped (Incorporated), Westland Branch, an organisation approved by the Minister of Labour under section 3 of the Disabled Persons Employment Promotion Act 1960, is hereby granted exemption, in respect of its sheltered workshop at Revell Street, Hokitika, from—
(a) All the provisions of every award and agreement that would otherwise apply to persons employed in that workshop; and
(b) The Annual Holidays Act 1944 and the Minimum Wage Act 1945; and
(c) Section 34 of the Factories Act 1946 and all the provisions of that Act relating to the payment of a factory registration fee.

Title—This order may be cited as the Cambridge Disabled Sheltered Workshop Incorporated Order 1981.

Exemption—The Cambridge Disabled Sheltered Workshop Incorporated, an organisation approved by the Minister of Labour under section 3 of the Disabled Persons Employment Promotion Act 1960, is hereby granted exemption, in respect of its sheltered workshop at 53A Shakespeare Street, Leamington, from—
(a) All the provisions of every award and agreement that would otherwise apply to persons employed in that workshop; and
(b) The Annual Holidays Act 1944 and the Minimum Wage Act 1945; and
(c) Section 34 of the Factories Act 1946 and all the provisions of that Act relating to the payment of a factory registration fee.

Exemption—The New Zealand Society for the Intellectually Handicapped (Incorporated), Otahuhu Branch, an organisation approved by the Minister of Labour under section 3 of the Disabled Persons Employment Promotion Act 1960, is hereby granted exemption, in respect of its sheltered workshop at 11-13 Pukeiti Street, Otahuhu, from—
(a) All the provisions of every award and agreement that would otherwise apply to persons employed in that workshop; and
(b) The Annual Holidays Act 1944, the Minimum Wage Act 1945, and section 34 of the Factories Act 1946.

Exemption—Manawatu Enterprises Incorporated, an organisation approved by the Minister of Labour under section 3 of the Disabled Persons Employment Promotion Act 1960, is hereby granted exemption, in respect of its sheltered workshop at 5 Tiki Place, Palmerston North, from—
(a) All the provisions of every award and agreement that would otherwise apply to persons employed in that workshop; and
(b) The Annual Holidays Act 1944, the Minimum Wage Act 1945, and section 34 of the Factories Act 1946.
