Land Transfer Act Notices

IN the notice published under the above heading in the New Zealand Gazette, 19 November 1981, No. 137, p. 3256, dated at the Land Registry Office, Wellington, this 16th day of November 1981; for the fourth mentioned area of land in the Schedule certificate of title, Volume 200, please read “certificate of title 20D”.

Declaring Land Acquired for a Local Work and Not Required for That Purpose to be Crown Land

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 35 of the Public Works Act 1928, I, The Honourable Sir David Stuart Beattie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948.

SCHEDULE

MARLBOROUGH LAND DISTRICT

ALL those pieces of land situated in the Borough of Blenheim; and described as follows:

Area m² Being
76 Part Section 5, Omaka Registration District; Block XVI, Cloudy Bay Survey District.
As shown on plan S.O. 5877, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Blenheim, and thereon marked “A”.
Area m² Being
116 (4.6p) Part Section 5, Omaka Registration District; Block XVI, Cloudy Bay Survey District, and being all the land in Proclamation 49203, Marlborough Land Registry.

As shown on plan S.O. 4708, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Blenheim, and thereon coloured orange.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 23rd day of November 1981.

Crown Land Set Apart for a Limited Access Road in Block XIII, Waipahi Survey District, Clutha County

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1963, I, The Honourable Sir David Beattie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for a limited access road; and I also declare that this proclamation shall take effect on and after the 3rd day of December 1981.

SCHEDULE

OTAGO LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 43 square metres, being part Waipahi Riverbed situated in Block XIII, Waipahi Survey District; as shown on plan S.O. 19465, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Dunedin and thereon marked “F”.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 23rd day of November 1981.
