National Roads Board—Declaring State Highway to be a Limited Access Road
It is notified that the National Roads Board, by resolution dated 18 November 1981, and pursuant to section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1963, hereby declares that part of State Highway No. 26, Eureka to Morrisville section for a width of 13 metres on the northern side for 10 metres, along the frontages of Lot 1, D.P. S. 29733 (certificate of title 27A/1389) and Part Lot 2, D.P. S. 21721 (certificate of title 27A/1390), measured from their common boundary as more particularly shown on Sheet 1 of plan L.A. 22/94/3/1 and accompanying Schedule, held in the office of the Resident Engineer, Ministry of Works and Development, Hamilton, and there available for public inspection, to be a limited access road.

National Roads Board—Notice Partially Revoking Declaration of State Highway to be a Limited Access Road
REFERRING to State Highway No. 1, Oamaru to Kakanui River, as more particularly shown on Sheets 1 to 2 of plan M.O.W. 14848, and accompanying Schedule, held in the office of the Engineer, Ministry of Works and Development, Oamaru and there available for public inspection, it is notified that the National Roads Board by resolution dated 18 November 1981, and pursuant to subsection 5 of section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1963, hereby revokes its resolution dated 18 November 1968*, made pursuant to the said section 4 insofar as it affects that part of the limited access road declaration for half its width on the northern side across the frontage of part Lot 2, D.P. 15064 (C.T. 5D/771).

It is notified that the National Roads Board, by resolution dated 18 November 1981, and pursuant to section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1963, hereby declares that part of State Highway No. 1 (Awanui to Bluff), from the south bank of Kingswell Creek to its junction with Frome Street, over its eastern half only, as more particularly shown on Sheet 1 of plan L.A. 73/35/56 and accompanying Schedule, held in the office of the Resident Engineer, Ministry of Works and Development, Invercargill, and there available for public inspection, to be a limited access road.

Commerce Act 1975—Notice of Decision No. 57 of the Commerce Commission
PURSUANT to section 29 (11) of the Commerce Act 1975, public notice is hereby given of Decision No. 57 of the Commerce Commission, dated 18 November 1981.
This decision relates to an application by Tia Maria Marketing Limited for approval of an individual resale price maintenance arrangement registered with the commission as No. 31, relating to prices to be observed by New Zealand Wines and Spirits Limited in selling Tia Maria liqueur.
In its decision the Commission resolved:
(1) To dispense with an inquiry pursuant to section 41 of the Act.
(2) To approve the individual resale price maintenance arrangement being an agreement between Tia Maria Marketing Limited, United Rum Merchants Limited and New Zealand Wines and Spirits Limited, subject to the condition that clause 7 (e) of the agreement between the parties continue to specify that the concessionaire may charge a lower price to wholesalers than that specified by the brand owners, without incurring sanctions of any kind.

Commerce Act 1975—Notice of Decision No. 58 of the Commerce Commission
PURSUANT to section 29 (11) of the Commerce Act 1975, public notice is hereby given of Decision No. 58 of the Commerce Commission, dated 18 November 1981.
This decision relates to an application by the Wellington Master Plumbers and Gasfitters Association (Inc.) for approval of a collective pricing arrangement, registered with the commission as No. 12, relating to the use of a formula for charging of all costs involved in plumbing, gasfitting and drainlaying carried out by members of the Association, other than costs of materials.
In its decision the Commission resolved:
(1) To dispense with an inquiry pursuant to section 41 of the Act.
(2) To approve the collective pricing agreement whereby the Wellington Master Plumbers and Gasfitters Association (Inc.) recommends to its members the use of a formula to assist in calculating their charges, subject to the condition that any proposed amendment or modification of the practice or the formula be submitted to the commission for prior approval.
