Classification of Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby declares the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, to be classified as a scenic reserve, for the purposes specified in section 19 (1) (a) of the Reserves Act 1977, subject to the provisions of the said Act.

National Roads Board—Notice Partially Revoking Declaration of State Highway to be a Limited Access Road

REFERRING to State Highway No. 2, Bethlehem to Tauranga, as more particularly shown on Sheets 1 to 2 of plan M.O.W. 17063 and accompanying Schedule, held in the office of the Resident Engineer, Ministry of Works and Development, Tauranga, and there available for public inspection, it is notified that the National Roads Board by resolution dated 18 November 1981, and pursuant to sub-section 5 of section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1963, hereby revokes its resolution dated 28 April 1981* made pursuant to the said section 4 insofar as it affects that part of the limited access road declaration for a width of 13 metres on the northern side across the frontages of Lots 1 and 2, D.P. 7268 (certificate of title 23B/987 and certificate of title 2D/1494 respectively).
