Classification of Reserve

Classification and Naming of a Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby declares the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, to be classified as a reserve for recreation purposes, subject to the provisions of the said Act, and further, declares that the said reserve shall hereafter be known as the Flaxbourne Recreation Reserve.

Transfer of Unformed Legal Road in Block XVI, Blackstone Survey District—Maniototo County

PURSUANT to section 323 of the Local Government Act 1974, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby declares that the land, described in the Schedule hereto, has been transferred to the Crown by the Maniototo County Council, pursuant to the said section 323, and on the publication of this notice the said land shall be deemed to be Crown land and subject to the Land Act 1948.

Authorisation of the Exchange of Part of a Reserve for Other Land
