Cancellation of the Vesting in the Waitaki County Council, Change of Purpose of Part of a Reserve and Declaration That the Reserve be Part of the Omarama Recreation Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby cancels the vesting in the Waitaki County Council, and changes the purpose of that part of the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, from a reserve for plantation purposes to a reserve for recreation purposes, and further, declares the said reserve to form part of the Omarama Recreation Reserve Board.
