Reservation of Land and Declaration that the Reserve be Part of the Marokopa Falls Scenic Reserve

PURSUANT to the Land Act 1948, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Director-General hereby sets apart the land, described in the Schedule hereto, as a reserve for scenic purposes, and further, pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, declares the said reserve to form part of the Marokopa Falls Scenic Reserve to be administered as a reserve for scenic purposes by the Commissioner of Crown Lands, Hamilton.

Cancellation of the Vesting in the Waitaki County Council and Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby cancels the vesting in the Waitaki County Council and revokes the reservation as a reserve for plantation purposes over the land, described in the Schedule hereto.
