the public road forming the northern boundaries of part Allot-

to, and along, the middle of a strip of a land being part of
Wharekawa No. 1 Block between Lot 13, D.P. 31704; Lots
1 and 3, D.P. 27867; and Lot 15, D.P. 31704, in Blocks V
and VI, Wharekawa Survey District, to and along the middle
of an area of land shown coloured burnt sienna on D.P.
27867, and forming part of the south-eastern boundary of
Lot 3, D.P. 27867, and part Wharekawa No. 1 Block and
continuing along a portion of closed road shown on S.O.
45366 (South Auckland Land District) to and southerly,
easterly, and northerly along the western, southern, and east-
ern boundaries of Lot 1, D.P. 61679, to a point in line with
the middle of Fintay Road forming the northern boundary of
Lot 6, D.P. 33494; thence generally easterly along a right
line to and along the aforesaid middle line and the middle
of Miranda Road to a point in line with a right line passing
through the middle of Allotment 231, Kohcroa Parish; thence
south-easterly along a right line to and along other right lines
passing through the middle of Allotment 231 aforesaid, cross-
ing East Coast Road and along the western boundary of
Allotment 82, D.P. 12260, to the western boundary of that
allotment and recrossing the said East Coast Road to the
sea coast of the Firth of Thames; thence northerly generally
along the sea coast of the Firth of Thames to the point of
commencement and including adjacent islands in the Manukau
Harbour, but excluding therefrom the boroughs of Waiuku
and Tuakau as described in New Zealand Gazette, 1956, page
591, and the Borough of Pukekohe as described in New
Zealand Gazette

BOUNDARIES OF THE CITY OF PAPAKURA

ALL that area in the North Auckland Land District contain-
ing 1384 hectares, more or less, bounded by a line com-
mencing at the intersection of the north-eastern side of
the Auckland-Hamilton motorway with the line of mean high
water of the left bank of the Pahurehure Inlet, Manukau
Harbour in Block III, Drury Survey District and proceeding
south-easterly, northerly and north-easterly generally along
that line of mean high water to its intersection with the
south-eastern boundary of Lot 3, D.P. 48861 in Block XIV,
Otahuhu Survey District; thence north-easterly along the
last mentioned boundary and the south-eastern boundary of
Lot 2, D.P. 48861 and its production across Great South
Road to and along the south-eastern boundary of part Allot-
ment 4, Section 12, Village of Papakura to its south-eastern
corner; thence easterly along a right line to the intersection of
the eastern side of Tironui Road with the middle line of
Waterview Road West and north-easterly along that middle
line to and south-easterly along the south-western side of
the North Island Main Trunk Railway to the northern boundary
of Allotment 17, Section 8, Village of Papakura in Block
XV, Otahuhu Survey District; thence north-easterly along a
right line across the aforesaid railway, Lot 2, D.P. 35424,
and Porchester Road to the southernmost corner of the part
Allotment 41, Papakura Parish shown on D.P. 10783 and
along the south-eastern boundary of that part Allotment 41
and another part Allotment 41, to and south-easterly along
the south-western boundary of Allotment 42, Papakura Parish
to a point in line with the production south-westerly of the
south-eastern boundary of Lot 1, D.P. 31503; thence north-
easterly along that production across Cosgrave Road to and
along the north-western boundaries of Lot 1, D.P. 44515, Lots 11,
13, 16, 48, 19, 22, 25, 28, 31 and 32, D.P. 76159 to the
northernmost corner of the aforesaid Lot 32; thence south-
easterly along the north-eastern boundaries of Lots 32, 33, 34
and 35, D.P. 76159 and Lot 26, D.P. 44515 and along a right
line across Old Wairoa Road to and along the south-western
boundary of Lot 3, D.P. 17674 and its production to the
intersection with the southern side of Clevedon Road; thence
easterly along the southern side of that road, the northern
boundary of Lot 3, D.P. 63479 (now public road) and along
a right line across Robb Street to and along the northern
boundaries of Lots 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10 and 11, D.P. 61189 and
Lot 14, D.P. 61189 (now public road) to the northernmost
corner of the said Lot 14; thence south-easterly along the north-
eastern boundaries of the said Lot 14, Lots 11, 12 and 13,
D.P. 61189, Lots 14, 15, 16 and 17, D.P. 61995, Lots 62 and
63, D.P. 63009 and across the eastern end of Cargill Street
to and along the north-eastern boundaries of Lots 106, 107,
108, 109, 110, 111, 112, 113, 114, 115, 116, 117 and 118,
D.P. 63009 to the easternmost corner of that Lot 118; thence
north-easterly along a right line across Dominion Road to and
along the south-eastern boundary of part Lot 1, D.P. 54045
and that boundary produced across Lot 2, D.P. 91446; thence
south-easterly along the production north-westerly of the
south-western boundary of Lot 2, D.P. 54217 and the north-eastern
boundaries of Lots 6 and 8, D.P. 54217 and the north-eastern end of a
public street to the northern boundary of the said part Allot-
ment 139, Opaheke Parish in Block IV, Drury Survey District;
thence westerly along the northern boundaries of part Allot-
ments 139 and 138, Opaheke Parish to and southerly gener-
ally along the western boundary of the said part Allotment
138 to and south-easterly generally along the north-eastern
boundaries of Lot 1, D.P. 59473 and part Allotment 154,
Opaheke Parish to the northernmost corner of that part
Allotment 154 shown on D.P. 27455; thence south-easterly
generally along the north-eastern boundary of that part
Allotment 154 to and south-westerly along the south-eastern
boundaries of the said part Allotment 154 and Lot 1, D.P.
49623 to and south-easterly along the north-eastern boundary
of part Allotment 108, Suburban Section 1, Opaheke Parish
and the last boundary produced to the left bank of Hays
Creek; thence south-westerly generally along that left bank
to a point due east of the southernmost corner of Lot 39,
D.P. 77175; thence due west across that creek and northerly along the west-
ern side of that railway to the easternmost corner of the
land shown marked A on S.O. 55181; thence westerly gener-
ally along the southern boundary of the said A and the north-
ern and north-western boundaries of the land shown marked
C on S.O. 55181 and the south-western and southern bound-
aries of Lot 20 and 17, D.P. 41178 to the north-eastern
side of Opaheke Road; thence south-easterly along that road-
side to its intersection with the production north-easterly of
the north-western boundary of Lot 2, D.P. 65192; thence
south-westerly along that production across Opaheke Road
to and along the north-western boundary of the aforesaid Lot
2, and that boundary produced across part Allotment 52
Opaheke Parish and a stream to and southerly generally along
the generally eastern boundaries of Lot 23, D.P. 66983 to and
westerly along the southern boundary of the said Lot 23 and
continuing along the northern boundaries of Lots 2 and 1,
D.P. 61714 and Lot 6, D.P. 61714 (now public road) to and
southerly along the western boundaries of that Lot 6 to its
intersection with the production north-easterly of the south-
eastern boundary of Lot 15, D.P. 68928; thence south-westerly
along that production across Great South Road and Part
Lot 4, D.P. 4963 to and along the south-eastern boundaries
of Lots 15, 11, 10, 6, 5 and 2, D.P. 68928 and Lots 1 and 2,
D.P. 72554 and the last mentioned boundary produced across
part Lot 7, D.P. 4963 to and along the south-eastern bound-
aries of Lots 5, 6 and 7, D.P. 72554; thence south-easterly and
south-westerly along the north-eastern and south-western
boundaries of the land shown marked D on S.O. 55181 to the
intersection with the north-eastern side of the Auckland-
Hamilton motorway; thence north-westerly along that north-
eastern side and its production to the northern side of Beach
Road in Block III, Drury Survey District; thence easterly
along that northern side of Beach Road to and again north-
westerly along the north-eastern side of the Auckland-Hamil-
ton motorway to the point of commencement.
