National Roads Board: Declaring State Highway to be a Limited Access Road

It is notified that the National Roads Board, by resolution dated 21 October 1981, and pursuant to section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1963, hereby declares that part of State Highway No. 3, Waitotara to Marahau Road, for half its width on the southern side across the frontages of Lot 1, D.P. 51272 (C.T. 20D/760) and part Lot 2, D.P. 8632 (C.T. 20D/761) as more particularly shown on sheet 1 of plan 43/39/4 and accompanying Schedule held in the office of the Resident Engineer, Ministry of Works and Development, Wanganui and there available for public inspection, to be a limited access road.

It is notified that the National Roads Board, by resolution dated 21 October 1981, and pursuant to section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1963, hereby declares that part of State Highway No. 3, Waitotara to Marahau Road for half its width on the northern side across the frontages of Lots 1, 2 and Part 3, D.P. 50091 (certificate of title 20D/422, 20D/423 and 20D/424) as more particularly shown on sheet 1 of plan 43/37/8 and accompanying Schedule held in the office of the Resident Engineer, Ministry of Works and Development, Wanganui, and there available for public inspection, to be a limited access road.

It is notified that the National Roads Board, by resolution dated 21 October 1981 and pursuant to section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1963, hereby declares that part of State Highway No. 2, Rangitaiki River to State Highway 30 junction that part from Eastern Boundary Road to the junction of State Highway 30 as more particularly shown on sheet 1 of plan 25/40/1 and accompanying Schedule held in the office of the Resident Engineer, Ministry of Works and Development, Tauranga and there available for public inspection, to be a limited access road.

National Roads Board: Notice Partially Revoking Declaration of State Highway to be a Limited Access Road

REFERRING to State Highway No. 1, Himatangi to Motuiti Road as more particularly shown on sheets 1 to 3 of plan LA 44/19/1 and accompanying Schedule held in the office of the Resident Engineer, Ministry of Works and Development, Palmerston North, and there available for public inspection, it is notified that the National Roads Board by resolution dated 21 October 1981, and pursuant to subsection 5 of section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1963, hereby revokes its resolution dated 16 March 1977* made pursuant to the said section 4 insofar as it affects that part of the limited access road declaration for half its width on the eastern side commencing at the point of junction of the southern boundary of section 720, Town of Carnarvon (Proclamation 457829) with the highway and extending southwards across the frontage of Section 719, Town of Carnarvon for 125 metres.

REFERRING to State Highway No. 3, Inglewood to Norfolk Road as more particularly shown on sheets 1 to 2 of plan M.O.W. 17728 and accompanying Schedule held in the office of the Resident Engineer, Ministry of Works and Development, New Plymouth and there available for public inspection, it is notified that the National Roads Board by resolution dated 21 October 1981, and pursuant to subsection 5 of section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1963, hereby revokes its resolution dated 16 March 1972* made pursuant to the said section 4 insofar as it affects that part of the limited access road declaration for half its width on the western side commencing at the point of junction of the south boundary of part Section 136, Moa District (C.T. B4/966) with the highway and extending northwards for 100 metres.

REFERRING to State Highway No. 1, Invercargill to Colyer Road as more particularly shown on sheets 1 to 2 of plan M.O.W. 17038 and accompanying Schedule held in the office of the Resident Engineer, Ministry of Works and Development, Invercargill, and there available for public inspection, it is notified that the National Roads Board by resolution dated 21 October 1981, and pursuant to subsection 5 of section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1963, hereby revokes its resolution dated 28 April 1971* made pursuant to the said section 4 insofar as it affects that part of the limited access road declaration for half its width on the western side commencing at the point of junction of the southern boundary of part Section 32, Gravel Reserve (Gazette 1869, p. 73) with the highway and extending northwards for 100 metres across the frontage of the said land.
