Classification of Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby declares the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, to be classified as a reserve for local purpose (site for community buildings), subject to the provisions of the said Act.

Transfer of Unformed Roads in Block XIX, Shotover Survey District, Lake County

PURSUANT to section 323 of the Local Government Act 1974, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby declares that the land described in the Schedule hereto, has been transferred to the Crown by the Lake County Council pursuant to the said section 323 and on publication of this notice the land shall be deemed to be Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948.
