is notified that National Roads Board by resolution, dated 20 May 1981 and pursuant to subsection 5 of section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1963, hereby revokes its resolution dated 21 May 1969* made pursuant to the said section 4 insofar as it affects that part of the limited access road declaration made over Holmwood Road, a formed County road, as more particularly shown on sheet 1 of plan L.A. 43/41/4 and accompanying schedule of properties now not affected.

Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975
PURSUANT to section 10 of the Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975, notice is given that an integration agreement has been signed between the Minister of Education and the proprietor of the following primary school.
St. Mary’s Primary School, Mackenzie Street, Putaruru.
The said school will enter into the State education system in accordance with the provisions of the Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975, with effect from 28 October 1981. A copy of the integration agreement is available for inspection without charge by any member of the public at the Department of Education, Head Office, Government Building, Wellington.
