Declaring Land in the Westland Land District, Vested in
the Canterbury Education Board as a Site for a School,
to be Vested in Her Majesty the Queen
DAVID BEATTIE, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to subsection (6) of section 5 of the Education
Lands Act 1949, I, The Honourable Sir David Stuart
Beattie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby
proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule
hereto, being an area vested in the Canterbury Education
Board as a site for a school, shall be vested in Her Majesty
the Queen, freed and discharged from every educational trust
affecting the same, but subject to all leases, encumbrances,
liens, or easements affecting the same at the date hereof.
SCHEDULE
WESTLAND LAND DISTRICT—GREY COUNTY
6388 square metres, more or less, being part Subdivision I of
Rural Section 856, situated in Block V, Te Kinga Survey
District. Part certificate of title 2C/1397, shown as ‘A’ on
S.O. Plan 10241.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand,
this 22nd day of September 1981.

the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and
declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, being
an area vested in the Wanganui Education Board as a site
for a public school, shall be vested in Her Majesty the Queen,
freed and discharged from every educational trust affecting
the same, but subject to all leases, encumbrances, liens, or
easements affecting the same at the date hereof.

6.5994 hectares, more or less, being part Section 5, Block V,

PURSUANT to section 7 of the National Parks Act 1980, His
Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the
advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby declares
that the land described in the Schedule hereto shall, as from
the date hereof, be a national park subject to the National
Parks Act 1980 and shall be added to and form part of the
Nelson Lakes National Park.

SECTION 93, Town of St Arnaud, situated in Block XIII,
Motupiko Survey District, area 3490 square metres, more or
