A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 10 of the Reserves and Other Lands Disposal Act 1962, I, The Honourable Sir David Stuart Beattie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that, as from the 14th day of July 1981, the lands described in the Schedule hereto shall be deemed to be vested in Her Majesty the Queen as Crown land subject to the provisions of the Land Act 1948.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to subsection (6) of section 5 of the Education Lands Act 1949, I, The Honourable Sir David Stuart Beattie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, being an area vested in the Wellington Education Board as a site for a school, shall be vested in Her Majesty the Queen, freed and discharged from every educational trust affecting the same, but subject to all leases, encumbrances, liens, or easements affecting the same at the date hereof.

WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT—MASTERTON COUNTY

1.2191 hectares, more or less, being part Section 522, Whareama District, situated in Block I, Rewa Survey District, as marked A and B on S.O. Plan 32372. All certificate of title 365/229.
