(a) This order may be cited as the Matamata Hydatids Control District Order 1981.
(b) This order shall come into force on the day after the date of its notification in the Gazette. -
The areas comprising the County of Matamata, the Boroughs of Matamata and Putaruru, as from time to time constituted, are hereby declared to be united to form a hydatids control district to be called the Matamata Hydatids Control District.

The Matamata Hydatids Control Authority is hereby appointed the hydatids control authority for the Matamata Hydatids Control District.

RevocationβThe Matamata Hydatids Control District Order 1974 is hereby revoked.

retired District Court Judge of Lower Hutt, as an acting District Court Judge, to exercise civil and criminal jurisdiction and to exercise the jurisdiction of the Children and Young Persons Courts at such place or places and for such period or periods only as the Chief District Court Judge may fix pursuant to the said section 10A for a term of 2 years on and from the date hereof.
