IN the notice with the above heading, published in the New Zealand Gazette, 7 May 1981, No. 55, p. 1263, for the land thirdly described in the First Schedule “plan S.O. 1898” read “plan S.O. 11898”.


Land Taken for a Secondary School in the Borough of Geraldine

DAVID BEATTIE, Governor-General

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, The Honourable Sir David Stuart Beattie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a secondary school as from the date hereinafter mentioned, and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 1st day of October 1981.

SCHEDULE

CANTERBURY LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 2287 square metres, situated in Block VI, Geraldine Survey District, being part Waihi River bed; as shown on plan S.O. 15388, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Christchurch, and thereon marked ‘A’.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 21st day of September 1981.

Constitution of the Tokoroa Hydatids Control District

ORDER IN COUNCIL

At the Government Buildings at Wellington this 24th day of August 1981

Present:

THE RIGHT HON. D. MACINTYRE PRESIDING IN COUNCIL

PURSUANT to the Hydatids Act 1968, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order.

ORDER

  1. (a) This order may be cited as the Tokoroa Hydatids Control District Order.

(b) This order shall come into force on the day after the date of its notification in the Gazette.

  1. The area comprising the Borough of Tokoroa, as from time to time constituted, is hereby declared to be a hydatids control district to be called the Tokoroa Hydatids Control District.

  2. The Tokoroa Borough Council is hereby appointed the hydatids control authority for the Tokoroa Hydatids Control District.
