Land Proclaimed as Road in Block XV, Mangamuka Survey District, Hokianga County

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works and Development hereby proclaims as road the land described in the Schedule hereto, which land shall vest in the Hokianga County Council.

Declaring Land Taken for Road in the City of Papatoetoe

Amending a Notice Proclaiming Land as Road and Road Closed in Block II, Whangape Survey District, Hokianga County

PURSUANT to section 330a of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the notice, dated the 15th day of September 1977, published in the Gazette, 27 October 1977, No. 109, at page 2818, proclaiming land as road and road closed in Block II, Whangape Survey District, Hokianga County, pursuant to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948 by deleting the preamble and substituting the following preamble:

Pursuant to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works and Development hereby proclaims as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto, which land shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors and Inhabitants of the County of Hokianga, and also proclaims that the road described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby closed, and that the road secondly described in the said Second Schedule shall, when so closed, vest in Nancy Alison Mackenzie, of Ohacawai, schoolteacher, and that the road thirdly and fourthly described in the said Second Schedule shall, when so closed, vest in John Edward Long of Broadwood, farmer, subject to mortgages 430198 and A 12736, North Auckland Land Registry, and that the road fifthly described in the said Second Schedule shall, when so closed, vest in Alice Faye McGrath of Broadwood, married woman, subject to mortgage No. A 550174, North Auckland Land Registry, and that road described in the Third Schedule hereto is hereby closed and that the road firstly described in the said Third Schedule shall, when so closed, vest in Jacobus Isaac Willem Colpa, of Broadwood, carpenter, subject to memorandum of mortgage No. A 50163, North Auckland Land Registry, and that the road secondly described in the said Third Schedule shall, when so closed, vest in the said Nancy Alison Mackenzie.
