Road Closed and Incorporated in an Adjoining Crown
Lease in Block XXV, Takitimu Survey District, Wallace
County

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment
Act 1948, the Minister of Works and Development hereby
proclaims as road the land described in the First Schedule
hereto, which land shall vest in the Wallace County Council
and hereby declares that the road described in the Second
Schedule hereto is hereby closed, and hereby declares that
the road first and secondly described in the Second Schedule
when so closed shall vest in Gray Herbert Robertson and
Herbert Edney Robertson, both of Blackmount, farmers, as
tenants in common in equal shares subject to agreement No.
226643, mortgages No. 050259.2, 001751.1, agreement No.
257323, and mortgages No. 030464.1, 055391.2 and 062083.1,
the road thirdly described in the Second Schedule, when so
closed shall be incorporated in Pastoral Lease No. P40,
