PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works and Development hereby takes the land described in the First Schedule hereto for the purposes of subsection 6 of the said section 29, and hereby declares that the land shall, when so taken vest in Kevin Murphy Limited at Whangarei, subject to mortgages Nos. A566977, 522397.1, 540882.2, 540882.3 and 474528.3, North Auckland Land Registry, and also hereby proclaims that the road described in the Second Schedule hereto shall be closed and that the road firstly described in the Second Schedule hereto shall, when so closed, vest in N.Z. Forest Products Limited at Auckland, and that the road secondly described in the Second Schedule hereto shall, when so closed, vest in Kevin Murphy Limited at Whangarei, subject to mortgages Nos. A566977, 522397.1, 540882.2, 540882.3 and 474528.3, North Auckland Land Registry.
