(b) Stops the said road.

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land firstly described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the Christchurch Northern Motorway, and the land secondly described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the Christchurch Northern Motorway subject to the drainage easements in gross in deed 73615 and conveyance 80418 and transfer 116276, and together the right of way granted by conveyance 80418, Canterbury Land Registry, and the land thirdly described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the Christchurch Northern Motorway subject to a right to convey water reserved by transfer 607494, Canterbury Land Registry, and the land fourthly and fifthly described in the Schedule hereto is also hereby taken for the Christchurch Northern Motorway subject to the easement certificate on deposited plan 22799, Canterbury Land Registry, from and after the 27th day of August 1981.
