PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the
Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that,
a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into,
the leasehold estate in the land described in the Schedule
hereto held from Her Majesty The Queen by Warner
Barry Gosling of Greymouth, farmer, and under by virtue
of renewable lease No. 474 recorded in Volume 1C, folio
1017, Westland Land Registry, is hereby taken for the
purposes of a road, from and after the 27th day of August 1981.
