PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works and Development hereby proclaims as closed the road described in the Schedule hereto which shall when so closed, vest in William John Thomson Adam and George Lawson Adam, both of Otokia, farmers, as tenants in common in equal shares.
