Amending a Notice Proclaiming Land as Road and Road Closed and Incorporated in Deferred Payment Licence in Blocks XI and XVII, Wairaki Survey District, Wallace County
Pursuant to section 330A of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the notice dated the 16th day of February 1981, published in the Gazette, 26 February 1981, No. 21, at page 425, proclaiming land as road and road closed and incorporated in deferred payment licence in Blocks XI and XVII, Wairaki Survey District, Wallace County, pursuant to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948 by omitting “held by Richard Keith Pears of Gore, medical practitioner (one-quarter share), Elizabeth Hazel Pears of Dunrobin Valley, farmer (one-quarter share), Alison Hilary Jordon Pears of Dunrobin Valley, married woman (one-sixth share), Kenneth James Pears of Dunrobin Valley, farmer (one-twelfth share), Howard Keith Boyd of Dunrobin Valley, farmer (one-twelfth share), and Anthony Philip Colin Matthews of Te Anau, farmer (one-twelfth share), as tenants in common in the said shares” and substituting “held by Richard Keith Pears of Gore, medical practitioner, Elizabeth Hazel Pears of Gore, married woman, and Robin Christie Pears of Dunrobin Valley, farmer, as to a one-quarter share jointly inter se, the said Robin Christie Pears, Alison Hilary Jordon Pears of Dunrobin Valley, married woman, and the said Richard Keith Pears as to a one-half share jointly inter se, and Kenneth James Pears of Dunrobin Valley, farmer, Howard Keith Boyd of Dunrobin Valley, farmer, and Anthony Philip Colin Matthews of Te Anau, farmer, as to a one-quarter share jointly inter se, by omitting the heading from the document” and substituting “Land Proclaimed as Road and Road Closed and Incorporated in Deferred Payment Licence in Blocks X, XI and XVII, Wairaki Survey District, Wallace County”, and by omitting from the legal description of the road described fifthly in the Second Schedule “Run 595, Block XI, Wairaki Survey District” and substituting “Section 112, Block X, Wairaki Survey District”.

Land Proclaimed as Road and Road Closed and Vested in Block IV, Kidnapper Survey District, Hawke’s Bay County
Pursuant to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works and Development hereby proclaims as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto, which land shall vest in the Hawke’s Bay County Council, and also hereby proclaims that the road described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby closed, and shall when so closed vest in Leonard Heathcote Williams of Havelock North, sheep farmer.
