NOTICE is hereby given by direction of the Minister of Agriculture that, pursuant to section 4 (2) (a) of the Poultry Board Act 1980, His Excellency the Governor-General has been pleased to appoint
John Edward Askwith, public servant of Lower Hutt (as a Government representative)
to be a member of the New Zealand Poultry Board vice B. D. Shallard, resigned, whose term of office expires on 30 June 1983.

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken, subject to a right of way created by transfer No. 80811, for a secondary school from and after the 27th day of August 1981.

Declaring Land and Easements Over Land Taken for a Radio Base Installation Site in Block I, Paterson Survey District, Stewart Island County
PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to the effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken together with the rights of way created by transfer 006419.1 and the right of way created by transfer 049748.1 for a radio base installation site, from and after the 27th day of August 1981 and hereby also declares that a right of way easement is taken for a radio base installation site over the land described in the Second Schedule hereto vesting in Her Majesty The Queen the rights and powers of grantees implied in clause 1 of the Seventh Schedule of the Land Transfer Act 1952, from and after the 27th day of August 1981 and also hereby declares that an electric cable line easement is hereby taken for a radio base installation site over the land described in the Third Schedule hereto vesting in Her Majesty The Queen the right to convey and transmit electrical energy under and along the land described in the Third Schedule hereto by means of underground cable or cables now and hereafter to be laid and any cable or cables laid in substitution therefore together with the full free right, liberty, licence, privilege and authority to Her Majesty The Queen her heirs and assigns, servants, agents, and workmen with any tools, machinery vehicles and equipment whatsoever upon the land and to dig trenches lay cable or cables and construct thereon cable ducts and other such structures as may be necessary or desirable for any purposes connected with the said easement and for inspection, maintenance, installation, repair and replacement of the said cable or cables and associated equipment fittings or structures so that the same may be kept in good and efficient working order, from and after the 27th day of August 1981.
