Road Closed and Taken for a State Primary School in the Borough of Lawrence

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works and Development hereby proclaims as closed the road described in the Schedule hereto, and pursuant to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928 hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land comprised in the road hereby closed is hereby taken for a State primary school, from and after the 31st day of July 1980.
