Road Closed and Vested and Road Closed and Incorporated in an Adjoining Crown Lease in Block VII, Porangahau Survey District, Waipukurau District

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works and Development hereby proclaims as closed the road described in the Schedule hereto, and declares that the road firstly and secondly described in the Schedule shall, when so closed, vest in David Wynne-Lewis of Waipukurau, farm manager, subject to lease No. 161839, Hawke’s Bay Land Registry, and the road thirdly and fourthly described in the said Schedule shall, when so closed, vest in Walmsley Canning of Waipukurau, farmer, subject to mortgage No. 264245 and statutory Land Charge No. 364743.1, Hawke’s Bay Land Registry, and the road fifthly and sixthly described in the said Schedule shall, when so closed, be incorporated in Crown lease STL No. 152, recorded in the register book, Volume 8, folio 101, Hawke’s Bay Land Registry, held from Her Majesty the Queen by David Canning Wynne-Lewis of Porangahau, farmer, and Shirley Anne Wynne-Lewis of Porangahau, married woman, as tenants in common in equal shares subject to mortgages No. 255515 and 354180.3, Hawke’s Bay Land Registry.
